This appartement is on the top of an original so-called fisher's house built in the 17th century from stone and wood. The house is located in the best living area of old Antibes, Rue du Bas-Castelet, on a little hill. It's in an alley filled with flowers that is for pedestrians only. Quiet, calm, full of sun, and with full sea view and with the romantic silhouette of Cap d'Antibes. It overlooks the picturesque Place de Safranier and is only a few steps away from the sea promenade on the fortifications (remparts). Just far away enough not to hear the tourist & the traffic noise, but still near enough to walk there within a minute. It is perfect for contemplation and relaxation - with good food and a glas of wine. But when you want to enjoy bathing, shopping, museums etc., everything is only a few minutes' walk away.

It encompasses...
- a sea view terrace and a kitchen/dining room for "living like god in France" (top floor)
- an evening sun terrace, a comfortable living room with very good sea view, a quiet sleeping room and a stylish bathroom (floor below)

Currently, we are completely renovating the appartement - floor, ceiling, wall, furniture, lights - everything. This is why no pictures with interiour are available. Remember, all pictures show the state BEFORE renovation.
